My son loves the garden. He can wander about and enjoy the fruits and vegetables on offer. Paul and all the gardeners are so welcoming and generous. The garden is an oasis in the busy area that we live. We only have a yard and no front garden so this community garden is a really great place for us to all visit and enjoy
The garden has enabled me and my husband to make new friends, and learn about growing and tending vegetables but most importantly to feel that we can give back and contribute something to our wonderful Ballybough community. It is enriching and fulfilling!

I love brining my kids to the community garden … they have learned so much about where their food comes from and watching the bees pollinating!!
Can’t praise the Garden or the Gardeners enough. The epic Halloween display and the always wonderful summer open days are just sheer joy. But actually, it’s the brief, quiet Tuesday afternoons watching your kids find a new corner of the garden, a herb they can bring home, a raspberry that’s just ready, or just sitting in the perfect calm in the middle of a very busy city that makes it something I know I’m very grateful for.
